Stressful Times Call for Drastic Measures.. (maybe)

It’s that time of year where Spring is here, and we are in energetic-can’t-stop-work-hard-have-fun-because-the-sun-is-shining mode. And for those of you in school, or even having a big workload.. times can get stressful.

Recently I watched a TEDx video about increasing your quality of life. Whatever adversity or struggles you are faced with, there are things you can do to make yourself better and work towards positivity.

You need to think about taking care of these elements to help with post-traumatic growth to get SuperBetter:

  • Mental
  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Social

Not sure what I mean? Watch this amazing video about making life a game to improve your health. I am no gamer, but I see value in her ideas and realize I do them without thinking sometimes.

Don’t forget the 3:1 Positive Emotion Ratio — if you can experience 3 positive emotions for 1 negative emotions, you can improve your quality of life.
